Howdy!

Best known for his super Artemis Fowl series among others, Eoin Colfer has delivered another soaring adventure with Airman. It’s set at the start of the 20th century, where humans have started to take to the skies.    

But hero Conor Broekhart really wants to fly. He’s taken under the wing of Victor, an ambitious inventor and mentor who shares Conor’s dream. Before their plans can lift off, a ruthless general frames Conor for the murder of their King. And that’s where things start to spiral out of the control.  

I loved the constant action and danger that follows Conor as he tries to clearhis name. He’s such a resourceful and clever guy-similar to Michael in the Prison Break series. Colfer hammers out tense moments in every chapter. If you like your stories with an adrenalin kick, then Airman’s for you!
