What’s our connection? Thai-riffic! was shortlisted in this year’s Frances Lincoln Diverse Award. It’s an unique award given to a story that celebrates cultural diversity. Cristy Burne won it with Takeshita Demons, an adventure about a boy who’s up against Japanese monsters (and no, they’re not Pokemon).

Cristy and I are in the same boat, sailing towards our first book. It’s always nice to share this journey with many fantastic people. 🙂
